During the development phase of Go Green's investments, Go Green is skilled in the conversion of Energy Supply Agreements through the provision of the following services offered to School Districts:

Go Green is an energy and environmental consulting company that provides clean energy and energy reduction solutions to the "not-for-profit" education sector including School Districts, Community Colleges, and State Universities. Innovative financing techniques enable Go Green to deliver to its client's significant financial benefits when entering Go Green Energy Supply Agreements.

Go Green's holistic service offering, "The Greenibility Program", is broken into Four major components:

Clean Energy Generation and Supply

Go Green transfers clients away from traditional electricity supply arrangements to become the primary electricity utility by providing a renewable or alternative energy system. The benefits for the client are threefold:

  1. Reduced energy consumption, and
  2. Reduction in the cost of energy
  3. Achieve environmental and sustainability goals –measurable in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions

Long term partnering with its clients and strategic partners enables Go Green to leverage funding sources and Government backed programs and grants that support National and State renewable energy targets and employment mandates.

Go Green designs alternative and renewable energy systems that respond to the unique nature of each client:

  • location – Government funding criteria
  • location – geographic, geological and environmental conditions
  • existing built environment and the use of these facilities,
  • the condition of existing building services and electrical systems that support these uses

Energy Efficiency Services

Go Green assesses the use and performance of existing building services, and the electrical services that supply them. Go Green undertakes the design, installation and maintenance of energy efficiency measures that include controls and fixtures and equipment, that reduces the consumption of electricity and are independent of human behaviors.

Achieving the maximum reduction in energy consumption per dollars spent is critical to this process. Measures first considered include temperature and lighting controls, low voltage lighting, maintenance and upgrades to electrical boards, maintenance and upgrades to electrical motors.

Higher cost capital intensive measures such as the replacement or upgrading of air condition systems are also considered and evaluated based on cost verses long term reduction in energy.

Energy Education Services

Go Greens has developed curriculum that responds to the specific needs of its clients. From maintenance and facility management staff, teaching staff, or students, education focuses on:

  • Reducing carbon emissions - targets the mechanisms available to achieve success
  • Government and International environmental initiatives that support carbon emission reduction targets
  • The value of the environment and sustaining biodiversity for life on the planet
  • Behavioral and cultural change that contributes to achieving environmental sustainability in the work place.
  • Behavioral and cultural change that contributes to achieving environmental sustainability generally.

Water Efficiency Services

As the ubiquitous supply of clean water is no longer a reality, water has become a valued commodity.  Its use is heavily monitored. Existing practices and infrastructure that disregards the efficient and effective use of water must be changed. Also the treatment of overland storm water and waste water, now valuable assets, must be implemented to achieve new benchmarks in water quality.

Go Green has extensive knowledge and expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems that reduce the consumption of water and increase the quality of the School District’s landscaped environment, including playing areas, sporting fields, and recreational facilities.

Conclusion

It is clear that the benefits of Go Green's Greenibilty Program to the School District is compelling.

This is supported by Go Green's Finance Solution that provides the short and long term funding to deliver these benefits without a capital requirement from the School District.

Go Green secures an initial Agreement with the School District to proceed with:

  • detailed analysis of energy consumption data and its use functionally,
  • preliminary assessment of the viability of renewable and alternative energy generation,
  • initial proforma of energy generation options including energy reduction targets.

If these investigations and proforma viability analysis is favorable Go Green will present its Greenibiltiy Program to the School District.

Following more rigorous financial and technical assessment an Energy Supply Agreement is produced and presented to the client. This Agreement is conditional upon the Go Green Financing Solution that includes a private placement of investor funds.
